BitReadyPay does not provide investment advice, brokerage services, portfolio management, or guarantees regarding the value, performance, or suitability of any digital asset or transaction.
2. Digital Asset and Market Risks
Digital assets are subject to significant risks, including but not limited to:
- High price volatility
- Rapid market fluctuations
- Liquidity constraints
- Market disruptions
The value of digital assets may change substantially within a short period of time, and users may experience partial or total loss of funds. BitReadyPay does not control or influence market prices and is not responsible for losses resulting from market conditions.
3. Transaction and Settlement Risks
On-ramp and off-ramp transactions may be subject to:

- Blockchain confirmation times
- Banking system delays
- Transaction reversals or failures
Transactions may not be completed immediately or at all. Once a transaction is initiated, it may be irreversible. BitReadyPay is not responsible for losses arising from delays, failed transactions, or incorrect wallet addresses provided by the user.

By using the Services, you acknowledge that you understand the risks associated with digital assets, payment services, and on-ramp/off-ramp transactions, and you voluntarily assume all such risks.
